In our busy lives, we often don’t have enough opportunities to reflect on our parenting experiences, especially the more challenging ones. You can end up feeling alone, and not quite sure what to do. Having other aspiring mindful mothers to talk with, and learn additional parenting skills together, can help you feel more confident, and better connected.
We read a chapter in between meetings from a chosen parenting book to learn new approaches, and discuss what is helpful.
Groups are coordinated according to ages of children. Currently, a group for mothers of young children (toddlers through early elementary school age) is being formed to meet on a weekday morning.
